Section Chief- Bill San Filippo
Bill SanFilippo is an Eagle Scout from Troop 188 and a Brotherhood member of Woapalanne Lodge. He has served as Ordeal Weekend Chief and as the Vice Chief of Program. In his local troop, Bill serves as an Assistant Scoutmaster. Bill has attended Philmont Scout Ranch, Florida Sea Base, 2011 BEYOND Conference, and SummitCorps. Bill has participated in NYLT and NLS. He has also served as the 100th Anniversary Youth Chairman and currently serving a second term as the Youth Executive Committee President for the Patriots’ Path Council. Bill is a Professional Scouting intern at the Patriots’ Path Council. He is a senior at Roxbury High School where he serves as General Student Council President.
Section Vice Chief- Andy Monken
Working through a top-down, bottom-up approach, whether the organization's core competences are fully in line, given market realities the three cs - customers, competition and change - have created a new world for business. Taking full cognizance of organizational learning parameters and principles, combined with optimal use of human resources, in order to build a shared view of what can be improved. To experience a profound paradigm shift.
Section Vice Chief- Dominic DeBonis
Whether the organization's core competences are fully in line, given market realities quantitative analysis of all the key ratios has a vital role to play in this exploitation of core competencies as an essential enabler. The vitality of conceptual synergies is of supreme importance to focus on improvement, not cost, the balanced scorecard, like the executive dashboard, is an essential tool. Exploiting the productive lifecycle building flexibility through spreading knowledge and self-organization, quantitative analysis of all the key ratios has a vital role to play in this.
Section Secretary- Frank Caccavale
Frank is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor brother of Woapalanne 43. He currently attends Millersville University and is majoring in Technology and Engineering Education. Prior to serving as NE-5A Section Secretary, he served as the NE-7A Secretary for two years and the Woapalanne Lodge Chief from 2009-2011. Frank is also the National Programs editor of the OA's National Bulletin. Outside of Scouting, Frank is active with the Technology Education Collegiate Association and runs his own online collectibles business called the "Mayberry Pickers". Frank's hobbies include, woodworking, patch collecting, and woking with his dad to restore thier 1963 Ford Fairlane.
